Meanwhile, candidates applying for the DEPR and DSIM posts will appear for their examinations on 14 June 2026. RBI Grade B Interview Date 2026

The RBI Grade B 2026 Interview round is expected to be conducted in August or September 2026 for candidates who successfully qualify the Phase 2 examination. The interview process will assess the candidate’s personality, communication skills, and overall suitability for the officer post.

RBI Grade B 2026 Selection Process

The RBI Grade B 2026 Selection Process is conducted in multiple stages to shortlist eligible candidates for the officer post. Candidates must qualify at each stage to move further in the recruitment process.

Phase 1: Phase 1 is the prelims exam conducted in online mode. It includes objective-type questions from General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. This stage is qualifying in nature for shortlisting candidates for Phase 2.

Phase 2: Candidates qualifying in Phase 1 appear for the Phase 2 exam. It includes objective and descriptive papers, and the exam pattern varies for General (DR), DEPR, and DSIM posts. The marks scored in this stage are considered for final selection.

Interview: Shortlisted candidates from Phase 2 are called for the Interview round, where communication skills, personality, and banking awareness are assessed.
