LIC AAO Recruitment 2017: Notification, Syllabus & Exam Date

LIC AAO 2017 will be conducted by Life Insurance Corporation of India to recruit candidates for the post of Assistant Administrative Officer. LIC AAO Recruitment 2017 will start after the release of LIC AAO 2017 Notification by Life Insurance Corporation of India. LIC AAO Application Process will start post release of notification. LIC offers candidates an opportunity to join reputed Insurance Sector by clearing LIC AAO 2017 Exam. LIC AAO 2017 Notification will be released shortly by LIC releasing the exam dates and syllabus.

LIC AAO Recruitment 2017


The Recruitment Process will start once the official LIC AAO 2017 Notification has been released. LIC AAO Recruitment 2017 will be conducted to recruit eligible candidates to the post of Assistant Administrative Officer. The Recruitment Process will involve selection of candidates in three stages:
  • Online Written Exam
  • Interview Process and
  • Medical Assesment

LIC AAO Salary


The salary of an Assistant Administrative Officer is approximately Rs. 32,640/- This is the gross salary of an AAO which is inclusive of Basic Pay, House Rent Allowance, Dearness Allowance and Travel Allowance.

LIC AAO Exam Pattern


LIC AAO 2017 will be conducted in three phases:
  •  Online Written Exam
  •  Interview Process and
  •  Medical Assessment

Online Written Exam: The Written Exam will contain 5 sections namely:
  •  Reasoning
  •  English Language
  •  Numerical Ability
  •  General Awareness and
  •  Computer Applications
 The total duration of the written exam will be 2 hours or 120 minutes0.25 marks will be deducted if a candidate attempts a question wrong.

Interview Process: After a candidate clears the Online Written Exam, they are called for Personal Interview where they are judged on the basis of their past experiences and their knowledge in the subject of matter.

Medical Assessment: Once a candidate clears the Interview Process, he/she is required to undergo a medical assessment to prove that he/she is medically fit to join the firm.

LIC AAO Eligibility 2017


Nationality: A candidate must be a citizen of India

Age Limit:
 The age of candidate must not be less than 21 years and must not exceed 30 years

Educational Qualification:
 A candidate must hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a recognized university or institute.

LIC AAO Admit Card


The Admit Card for LIC AAO 2017 Exam will be released once the Online Application Process for the same has been completed. Admit Card will be issued online to the candidates who have successfully registered for AAO 2017 Exam. To download the Admit Card a candidate is required to have Registration Number/ Login ID and Password/Date of Birth.

LIC AAO Result


The Result will depend on LIC AAO Marks obtained by a candidate after his/her online written exam. LIC AAO Result 2017 will be declared in sequence, i.e. Result for Written Exam will be declared first followed by result of selected candidates after the Interview Process. 

LIC AAO Cut-Off
