Reasoning Ability Quiz For SBI Clerk Mains 2022- 22nd December

Directions (1-5): Answer the questions based on the information given below.
There are eight persons namely, A, R, B, M, S, E, Z and D sitting around a regular pentagonal table which contains 10 seats, such that five seat are at the corners and remaining five are on the middle of the sides of the table. Each person faces towards the centre of the table. Two of the seats are vacant. Each person drinks different drinks among – Cider, Wine, Cocktail, Coffee, Tea, Milk, Beer and Juice in the gathering but not in the same order.
Note: If a person sits immediate right/left of another person, then there may or may not be a vacant seat between them. If a person is immediate neighbour of another person, then their seats are adjacent to each other. If a person sits opposite to another person, then the number of seats between them (from either direction) is same.
Person who drinks Milk sits immediate right of E who drinks Juice and both of them sit on the sides of the table. One of the vacant seats is on the side of the table. Two persons sit between E and R from either side of the table. Person who drinks Tea sits immediate right of M who drinks Coffee and both of them sit at the corner of the table. A who drinks Beer sits opposite to the one of the vacant seats. A is an immediate neighbour of the person who drinks Cider. R doesn’t drink Cider. S sits opposite to the person who likes Cocktail. D who drinks Wine is not immediate neighbour of Z. If B drinks Tea then he must sit adjacent to a vacant seat. Z doesn’t sit opposite to the person who drinks Juice.

Directions (6-10): Answer the questions based on the information given below.
Thirteen persons M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, and Y sit in two parallel rows (Row 1 and Row 2) such that 7 persons and 6 persons sit in row 1 and row 2, respectively. Row 1 is in west of Row 2. Persons who sit in row 2 face west direction and the persons who sit in row 1 face east direction. The persons who sit in row 2 face the persons who sit in row 1 and vice versa except for one person who sits at either extreme end of row 1 (i.e., only 6 persons of row 1 are facing the 6 persons of row 2 and vice versa). Seven of these persons have different bikes (Java, Honda, Bullet, Hero, TVS, Bajaj and Yamaha). The distance between any two adjacent persons in each row is same.
V sits 3rd to the right of U who has Bajaj. U doesn’t sit adjacent to S but sit in the same row as S. O faces P who doesn’t sit at any of the extreme ends. N sits 3rd to the left of M who sits at one of the extreme ends. Y faces the person who sits immediate left of N. Three persons sit between Y and S who has Java. O and V sit in different rows. Two persons sit between P and R. The person who has Bullet faces one of the immediate neighbours of R. The person who has Honda faces the person who has Yamaha. The person who has Honda and W sit in different row. Q who has Hero sits to the left of T who doesn’t have Bullet. The person who has TVS sits 2nd to the right of W.

In the PO Entrance examination eight aspirants A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H were seated around a circular table facing the centre. Each person was of a different age and attempted different number of questions in the reasoning section.
