SBI Clerk Mains Result 2020

State Bank of India will release the  SBI Junior Associates mains Result 2020  after the exam for the same will be conducted. The Mains exam which was earlier expected to be conducted on 19th April 2020, has been postponed due to lockdown in India. Only those candidates who have successfully qualified the Prelims Exam will be eligible to give the Mains Exam for SBI Clerk 2020. The dates of the same will be announced later by the SBI.

SBI Clerk Final Result 2020

There is no Interview Process which is going to be conducted for the post of Clerical Cadre in State Bank of India, the selection will be solely based on the marks obtained by candidates in their Mains Exam.

The SBI Clerk Final Result will be completely based on the marks obtained in the mains exam. The Prelims exam was just a qualifying exam and its marks will not be considered while preparing the SBI Clerk 2020 Final Merit List. Hence, the final selection of a candidate will be solely based on the marks secured by them in the main examination only. Candidates who will qualify in the mains examination will get offer/joining letter according to their aggregate marks in descending order as per their respective categories and states.

SBI Local language Test

SBI conducts a  language test for candidates qualifying the mains exam but the Candidates who have studied the opted local language in Class 10th or 12th are not required to appear in the test. In the case of candidates falling into the category of others, it will conduct a local language test before joining the bank. Candidates who will be found not proficient in a particular local language will be disqualified from joining.

The SBI Clerk Cut-Off depends upon certain factors:

  • Number of vacancies notified by SBI.
  • Total number of vacancies in a particular state from which candidate has applied.
  • No. of aspirants who appeared for the exam from that particular state.
  • Difficulty level and average good attempts
