Success Story of Kaushik Hirpurkar Selected as IBPS Clerk in Bank of India

Hello Everyone,

I am Kaushik Hirpurkar from Maharashtra. I have completed my graduation in 2015 and directly I started preparation for banking exams as this is the only field where I get every year regular recruitment notification.

In 2016, I gave a total of 9 exams of banking and insurance, but in all of them, I failed in prelims because of a lack of preparation.

In 2017, I gave 8 exams, and in all of them failed in prelims again. The reason is the same the lack of hard work and speed in the calculation.

In 2018, There were 7 exams in which I cleared only the IBPS PO prelims exam but failed in the mains exam.

 In 2019, I appeared in total 10 exams from that Esic, IBPS Clerk, IBPS PO,Idbi, LIC assistant pre exams cleared and then cleared ESIC mains and IDBI mains but didn’t find a place in the final selection, and at last, after 4 years I got Selected in IBPS clerk and alloted Bank of India.

Here I want to say that it’s not necessary that after the start of any competitive examination you will get success within one or two years sometimes we have to keep patience with hard work. And it also does not mean that you have to wait more than for one or two years, you may get success within 6 months after all this is competition and all depends on hard work.

I know many of my friends may be got failed by some point marks but we must have one thing clear that if we failed by 0.1 marks then it means Fail. There is no value to think about that 0.1 marks. Instead, we have to start again with new energy and continue our preparation bypassing all the defeats. After all, it’s like “ MEHNAT MANGE SAHI INAM”.
