Success Story of Satish Khurd Selected in IBPS PO Says “There is no such thing as failure, only learning experiences.”

Hello Everyone,

I am Satish Khurd and I would like to share my story from the beginning when I started my preparation. IBPS PO, it is all about passion, obsession, dream, destination, and showing the world what you’re capable of. I believed in a quote, “There is no such thing as failure, only learning experiences”

I graduated in 2018 after a month gap I started focusing on banking. So the first thing I did was leaving social media [personally it helped me to learn a lot of unknown things ]. I took 4months coaching after that wrote all exams, SBI, IBPS, RRB in 2018 but couldn’t able to clear prelims.

And the day June-2019 first time I cleared SBI PO prelims since then I cleared all prelims but missed mains by a fraction of marks. Finally after a lot of time, energy, and work I got a job as ‘LIC assistant’. I then gave an interview of IBPS PO and now writing my success story.

For me, the strategy was self-analysis. Setting a target, executing it. failing and again changing strategy again executing, so on. Until you get SUCCESS.

Section-wise Strategy:-

English: I never read English for exams. just go through articles which you’re interested in. read it, write it, use those words frequently. This definitely helps in the long run. And 1 more, watch English NewsChannel not that noisy one, prefer Rajya sabha TV.

Reasoning: This is a subject I always fear. So I used to attempt safe marks specially Mains.

Quant: Quant is the main reason for me to join banking. I feel that I’m good at quant this attitude made me feel easy. I used to think practically while solving questions.

And I suggest that, try to get full marks in your interested subject. So that will balance your poorer subject. In IBPS PO mains I got 26 in quant and 10 in reasoning.

General Awareness: Read the newspaper regularly. It’s killing two birds with one stone. English and GA. And read Adda247 articles and solve quizzes. This is it.

Finally, Thanks to each and every one!
