CIL Management Trainee Salary 2025
Selected candidates will start as Management Trainees in E-2 Grade with a pay scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000, starting at ₹50,000 basic pay. After completing the 1-year training and evaluation, they will be promoted to E-3 Grade with a pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000, starting at ₹60,000 basic pay and an additional 1-year probation.
