Brace (verb) : सहारा देना
Meaning: prepare (someone) for something difficult or unpleasant.
Synonyms: nerve, gird, strengthen, fortify.
Antonyms: dampen, deaden, drain, debilitate.

Languish (verb): दुर्बल
Meaning: to exist in an unpleasant or unwanted situation, often for a long time
Synonyms: dwindle, faint
Antonyms: build, develop
Example: After languishing in obscurity for many years, her early novels have recently been rediscovered

Abominate (verb) : घृणा करना
Meaning: to hate something very much
Synonyms: abhor, despise
Antonyms: admire, approve
Example: Eventually one has to bring people together and sit down with those whose records one abominates.

Discord (noun) : कलह
Meaning: disagreement between people.
Synonyms: strife, conflict, friction, hostility
Antonyms: agreement, accord, harmony
Example: A note of discord has crept into relations between the two countries.

Invasive (adjective) : आक्रामक
Meaning: tending to spread very quickly and undesirably or harmfully.
Synonyms: nosy, interfering
Antonyms: defensive, inoffensive, palatable, lovable
Example: The samples tested in this series may not include a high proportion of health care staff involved in invasive procedures.

Detente (noun) : नरमी
Meaning: the easing of hostility or strained relations, especially between countries.
Synonyms: agreement, peace, amity, concord.
Antonyms: disruptive, antagonism, antipathy, hostility.
Example: The policy of detente was scrapped and the objective was increasingly to roll back the Soviet Union.

Contentious (adjective) : विवादास्पद
Meaning: causing or likely to cause an argument; controversial.
Synonyms: disputable, debatable, moot, vexed.
Antonyms: agreeable, nonbelligerent, pacific, peaceful.
Example: This last piece of evidence is particularly contentious and likely to feature prominently in the appeal.

Ambiguous (Noun) : अस्पष्ट
Meaning: having an often intentionally veiled or uncertain meaning.|
Synonyms: arcane, cryptic, dark, deep, Delphic, double-edged, elliptical
Antonyms: abstruse, esoteric, recondite
Example: The exact reason for the change in plans is ambiguous, but I suspect it has something to do with money.

Proliferation (Noun) : तीव्र वृद्धि /फैलाव
Meaning: rapid increase in the number or amount of something.
Synonyms: expansion, spread
Antonyms: stagnation
Example: Because of quick housing proliferation over the past few years, it’s much easier to find a dorm room at my college.
