How to Prepare General Awareness for RBI Attendant?

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released 841 posts for Office Attendants. Candidates who are interested can fill the application form online by 15th March. The exam pattern of RBI Office Attendants consists of four sections i.e. Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and General Awareness. There will be a total of 120 questions, 30 questions in each section and you will have a total of 90 minutes. The tentative date is 9th and 10th April, so you have 40 days to prepare.   • Union Budget
  • Financial Awareness
  • Current Affairs: Current affairs should be updated of minimum last 6 months. Topics for Current Affairs are National and International, Books and Authors, Obituaries, Awards and Recognition, Sports, etc.
  • Static Awareness: Static awareness includes Rivers and Dams, Highways, Capital and Currencies, National Parks, Wildlife Sanctuaries, Airports, Stadiums, Folk Dances, etc.
  • Concepts of History
  • Concepts of Geography
  • Political Science

How to Prepare General Awareness for RBI Attendant?

General Awareness is the topic where you can score maximum, start your preparation with this section. Here are some points on the strategy to prepare General Awareness:

Current affairs is the section which is very necessary to keep updated with it regularly, so read daily current affairs for more practice. The Hindu Review gives more detailed updates of daily news which is relevant for all banking exams.

Banking awareness and financial awareness knowledge is a must for all banking exams.

After that must read Static Awareness and Concepts of History and Geography, Political Science. These are the topics which you have to study thoroughly.
