How Working Aspirants Can Prepare For Bank Exams 2020

Preparation Strategy For Working Aspirants: Dreaming for a Government job is quite a bit difficult for aspirants who is a working professional. For an aspirant who is looking for getting recruited in banking sector, the journey is quite hectic. The journey for them is little more challenging than the aspirants who are non-working due to the paucity of time. However, there are following tips:

Set a goal: There are a lot of banking examination. You have to choose what you want to pursue in your life. In accordance to that, look for the various bank position ranging from Probationary Officer, Clerk in Public Sector Bank or Grade B Officer in RBI. You should have a determined goal in order to emerge in flying colors.

Check the pattern and syllabus: Check the exam pattern and syllabus of the particular goal examination. You have to be very clear with your goal. Although, you can attempt various examination but your ultimate goal should be fixed. Look for the pattern of the exam, you want to appear for.

Time Management: One of the most important thing for working aspirants is time management. The office hours generally is of 8-9 hours a day. So, you have to see where you can make space for covering the topics.

Previous year’s paper: On the week off day, first check the previous year’s paper of the targeted exam. Check the scoring topics, level of difficulty and other important things

Plan: Make a well organized plan as only this will sail you through. Once you are done with your mind-making , start framing a schedule that contains all the sections with solving questions and mock test. If you travel to reach the destination, than read current affairs and GK on your way to office. In office make at least 40-45 minutes to solve some puzzles and topics. Also, make at least 3-4 hours a day for study in your working days. On your week offs you should solve mock test and analyze your performance. Also, revise everything you have read in the whole week on the week off. Also, on your holidays dedicate 7-8 hours for your studies.

Mock test: You should not be having time to solve mocks on your working days, so solving 1-2 mock in a week will work for you. After attempting mock, you should analyze your performance. Check you weak and strong points. Work on them even on your working day.

Choose your time and study material wisely: Time is the main problem faced by working aspirants. You should know how will make time for the various sections of the exam. Quant, Reasoning, English, and GA is the main areas of Bank Exam. GA can be covered anywhere during traveling or in between the office breaks. You should prefer videos and online material over other things as a source of study. Note making: It’s not easy to make notes when you are working. You can still make trial by making online notes. This can be helpful in GA section. Other than this, you can also write important points of other sections as well.

Practice: Practice as much as you can. Carry notebook or A4 size sheets with you. Solve questions whenever you get time. After office, prepare for Quant and Reasoning. In office and during travel, go for General Awareness and English section.

Consistency: This has no substitute. If you dedicate 3 hours a day to your practice and preparation, you will never going to loose battle. Consistent efforts will make you stand between thousands of aspirants who are dedicating 6-8 hours a day.
