IBPS Clerk 2025 Selection Process

The IBPS Clerk 2025 selection process is an easy to understand and has two main steps to recruit Customer Service Associates for public sector banks:

  • Prelims Exam: There is a 60 minute online test in which there is 100 multiple choice questions (English: 30 marks, Reasoning: 35 marks, Numerical Ability: 35 marks). It is qualifying, so marks will not be count for the final selection and there is a 0.25 mark penalty for wrong answers.
  • Main Exam: In IBPS Clerk 2025 Mains Exam there is a 160 minute online test will be conducted in which there is 190 questions (Reasoning & Computer: 60 marks, Quantitative: 50 marks, General Awareness: 50 marks, English: 40 marks). The final selection basically depends on these marks and there is Negative marking i.e 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answers.
