Passing Criteria For JAIIB
The passing criteria for the JAIIB (Junior Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers) exam is a pivotal aspect for aspiring candidates. To successfully clear the exam, candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in each subject and an aggregate of 45% across all subjects in a single attempt. Candidates are allowed a total of five attempts to clear the exam within three years from the date of registration. Failure to meet these criteria within the stipulated attempts results in the candidate being declared unsuccessful, necessitating re-registration for the exam. Therefore, understanding and adhering to the passing criteria is crucial for candidates to formulate effective study plans and strategies, ensuring a higher chance of success in their pursuit of the JAIIB certification.
Number of Attempts For JAIIB
Candidates can take the JAIIB exam a maximum of five times within three years from the date they register. These attempts don’t have to be in order. If a candidate doesn’t pass the exam within five attempts or three years, they will need to re-register. Any subjects they previously passed will not count. The counting of attempts starts on the registration date, even if the candidate doesn’t take the exam. Candidates can choose any five out of the six exams offered during this period. If they use all five attempts early or if three years pass without using all attempts they must re-register.
