Eligibility Criteria:

Given below is the eligibility criteria of the various posts released by the North East Small Finance Bank:

Post	Education Qualification	Experience
Chief Treasury Officer	Graduation in Finance or equivalent (PGDM/ MBA from a Tier 2 or 3 college/ CA preferred)	At least 10 years of treasury experience with a thorough understanding of markets, hedging, investments, bank account management and internal funds flow.
Compliance Officer	MBA/CAIIB	At least 10 years experience in managing compliance function with a strong knowledge of corporate laws- banking, compliance & Regulatory, AML, civil, criminal, IPR, consumer, land acquisition, taxation, regulatory, etc, and having a strong business acumen.
Head-Internal Audit	CA/CWA	10 years of Bank Audit Experience
Finance Controller	CA	At least 10 years of experience in core finance areas such as financial compliance, financial process controls, business planning and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting and accounting, wealth management and taxation. Should have team managing experience for 2-3 years.
