The Reserve Bank of India has announced the application process for 120 vacancies under RBI Grade B 2025. The online registration and fee payment portal has opened on September 10, 2025, and remains active until September 30, 2025 (till 06:00 PM). As part of the application process, candidates are required to upload specific documents, including their photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration.

The declaration must be written clearly in English only on a white sheet of paper using black ink. If the declaration is written in another language or typed (except in the case of visually impaired candidates), the application will be considered invalid.

The text that candidates must write in their own handwriting is as follows:

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Candidates need to convert the image of their handwritten declaration into the specified size and format as mentioned below.

• The scanned handwritten declaration should be between 50 KB – 100 KB.
• The file should be in JPG or JPEG format.
• Example file names: image01.jpg or image01.jpeg.

RBI Grade B Handwritten Declaration Scanning Guidelines

• Set the scanner resolution to a minimum of 200 dpi (dots per inch).
• Select True Colour mode while scanning.
• Crop the scanned image properly to remove extra blank space and adjust it to the required size.
• Candidates using MS Paint or MS Office Picture Manager can resize and save the document in the required format.

While filling out the online application form, candidates will see separate links to upload their photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration.

• To upload, click the respective link → Browse and select the file from the system → Click Open/Upload.
• If the file size or format is incorrect, the system will display an error message, and the upload will fail.
