The State Bank of India has released the Document Verification (DV) schedule for SBI Clerk 2025. The DV process will be conducted from 8 July to 15 July 2025. Candidates who have successfully cleared the final selection stage must attend the DV round, as failure to do so may lead to cancellation of their candidature. Aspirants must carry their original certificates along with  photocopies, including educational qualifications, identity proof, caste certificate (if applicable), and other necessary documents. Candidates selected for SBI Clerk 2025 must present the following documents during the joining process:

  • Proof of Birth: Class 10 Certificate or Birth Certificate.
  • Educational Certificates: 10th, 12th mark sheets & certificates. Graduation degree with all semester/year-wise mark sheets.
  • ID Proof (Any One): Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License.
  • Category Certificate (If Applicable): Valid SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificate in the Central Govt. format.
  • Ex-Servicemen Documents: Discharge or service certificate.
  • Character Certificates: From last institution attended and a gazetted officer.
  • PwD Certificate (If Applicable): Issued by CMO or authorized medical board.
  • Photographs: Three recent passport-size color photos.
  • NOC (If Employed): From current government/PSU employer.
