Success Story of Pooja Pal Selected as IBPS Clerk in Bank of India

Hello Everyone, 

I am Pooja Pal from Shahjahanpur District, Uttar Pradesh. I belong to a middle-class family and a small town in Shahjahanpur. I have done M.Sc. in Mathematics. I have been preparing for banking examinations since 2017.

During these three years, I faced so many failures but I never lost hope. However, for a short time, I used to feel demoralized but after 2-3 days again start with more energy and obsession.

During the first year of my preparation, I could not even qualify for a single pre-examination. That time I was thinking that I cannot do it. But my family specially my Mother always motivated me to do the same. She always supported me. Then I also affirmed that I can do it. 

In 2018, I started to follow Adda247. My Mathematics and Reasoning concepts were clear so with little effort scored well in quant and reasoning bt I always lacked in GA section. I identified my weak point and started working on it. 

For General Awareness:- I started to watch daily current affairs shows on Adda247. In the evening I started to read daily current affairs nd attempt quiz to polish my knowledge. This tactic helped me a lot in improving my GA section.

For Mathematics and English, I am very thankful to Sumit Sir(Maths) and Anchal ma’am (English).

In 2019, I appeared in a dozen mains examinations but failed to qualify them.

• IBPS RRB Clerk 2019 Prelims:-failed 
• IBPS RRB PO 2019 Prelims:- passed but failed in Mains
• FCI ASSISTANT:-pre passed but failed in mains. 
• FCI MANAGER:- pre passed, mains result is awaiting
• SBI Junior Assistant 2019 prelims:- pre passed Mains:- failed
• IBPS PO IX Prelims:- failed
• LIC ASSISTANT pre:- passed Mains:- failed
• IBPS Clerk IX:- Provisionally Allotted in BANK of India, Gujrat

After these failures Finally, I got selected in IBPS Clerk. I am very glad that my hard work paid off to me. Bt it’s not an end to my preparation. I will keep continuing my preparation for the PO. 

At last, I will say that Don’t lose patience, Try to be calm in every failure. Don’t waste your time in thinking about past failures and stay away from negative people. If u think about past failures u will lose the future also. So be calm and focus on your present. One day, your hard work will pay off to you.
