IBPS RRB Handwritten Declaration 2025 Format for PO, Clerk Posts

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will soon release the notification PDF for PO, Clerk, and Officer Scale 2 and 3. Candidates must check the IBPS RRB Handwritten Declaration format, document file size, and dimensions of the handwritten declaration. Handwritten declaration for IBPS RRB exam is a must document that is required at the time of online registration. IBPS RRB Handwritten Declaration 2025

The declaration for the IBPS RRB 2025 registration has to be written in their handwriting. The text of the handwritten declaration should be the same as the notified by the IBPS. For the ease of candidates, we have provided the exact text

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

The text mentioned above should be written in English only and should not be in Block (Capital) Letters, otherwise considered invalid.

IBPS RRB Handwritten Declaration & Other Document File Size

While submitting the IBPS RRB form for the Clerk & PO position, declaration and other documents should be uploaded in the prescribed file sizes. Applicants won’t be able to submit their application form if they fail to do so. To assist the applicants, we have provided the prescribed file size of the respective documents.

Handwritten Declaration

• The size and file format should be the same as prescribed
• Should not be in capital letters
• In English only
• Written on white paper with BLACK ink only

Photograph

• Recent photograph
• Eyes should be seen (for eyeglasses)
• Caps, hats, and dark glasses are not allowed. Only religious headwear is allowed
• Clearly visible

Signature

• Not in capital letters
• Sign on white paper with a black ink pen

Thumb Impression

• Only the Left thumb
• Put an impression on white paper with black/blue ink
