IBPS RRB Handwritten Declaration 2025

For the IBPS RRB 2025 registration process, candidates must submit a handwritten declaration in their own handwriting. The content of the declaration must be exactly as prescribed by IBPS, without any modifications. For the convenience of applicants, the official text is provided below:

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

This declaration must be written in English only and strictly in lowercase letters (not in block/capital letters). Any deviation from the prescribed format will render the declaration invalid.

IBPS RRB Handwritten Declaration & Other Document File Size

While submitting the IBPS RRB Apply Online 2025 form for the Clerk & PO position, declaration and other documents should be uploaded in the prescribed file sizes. Handwritten Declaration

• The size and file format should be the same as prescribed
• Should not be in capital letters
• In English only
• Written on white paper with BLACK ink only

Photograph

• Recent photograph
• Eyes should be seen (for eyeglasses)
• Caps, hats, and dark glasses are not allowed. Only religious headwear is allowed
• Clearly visible

Signature

• Not in capital letters
• Sign on white paper with a black ink pen

Thumb Impression

• Only the Left thumb
• Put an impression on white paper with black/blue ink
