I am JADI KRISHNA, completed graduation in 2015(mechanical) from IIIT – Basar. I had appeared for Ibps PO in 2015… By god grace I cracked it, in 1st attempt.. With one month study I got selected in a nationalized Bank as a PO. I was posted in Karnataka state which is 700 Km away from my hometown.

My mantra is :

“It’s all within you, unleash your inner strength so that you crack any exam”,
“Do hard work + smart work” success will be yours.

My father is farmer, actually I wanted to stay in home state, takecare my parents,, but with parents/friends suggestion I joined bank in 2016 October.. At that time Demonetization was started by govt… I was posted big branch, city branch… Going to branch early in the morning 9 am.. Returning to home after 9 pm… I forced to learn kannada also.. While pressure was continued, I cleared Jaiib /Caiib in single attempt.

After completion of two years in bank, in 2019 I started preparing for RRB Scale 02… I studied bankers adda study material /some YouTube videos to crack it… Wonder is that, there is only one post for SC in TGB bank 2019 notification.. By God grace I got it.

I knew that I can reach high position in a nationalized bank but at the cost of personal life as you have to travel all over the country after two promotions but I want to be with my with parents, I need take care of them in their old age thats why I chose to join RRB scale 02.
