My name is RAHUL THAKUR. Currently working in SBI as a Clerk (Junior Associate 2018). I’m from Meerut (Uttar Pradesh). The first important thing that can help you get through any competitive exam, whether it is SBI, IBPS, RRB, RBI or any other, is PRACTICE. Secondly, some reliable sources where you can practice.
Here I will tell you about my attempts to give you an idea of what worked for me. First of all, I’ve completed my B.Sc. in Mathematics(Gold Medalist) in 2017, I was 19 at that time so I could attempt the RRB exam only. I prepared from basic books of Quant and English for 3 months then I started my Preparation from Bankersadda YouTube channel and practicing from the Adda247 app. I qualified RRB PO 2017 Prelims but was not able to clear the Mains Exam.
Next year in 2018, I appeared in these exams:
IBPS PO(Pre+Mains Qualified)
RRB(Selected but I didn’t join)
I joined SBI Clerk Job, While working in SBI as a junior associate, I practiced daily quizzes in my free time and watched videos for General Awareness. I cleared SBI PO 2019 (Pre+Mains+Interview) but was unable to clear the overall merit by some margin. Cleared LIC AAO 2019(Sectionally got out in an insurance subject in mains by 2 marks).
I’m still working in SBI and I’m damn sure I’ll be get selected as SBI PO this year. All thanks to ADDA247 for giving the right path for preparation.
The only thing which is required is your consistency in leaning and do practice at least one mock daily for each subject. It will hardly take Five to six months to be an officer in PSB.
So, Never Give up and be the Best version of Yourselves.
All the best!
