Solution:
In 15 min; 60×15/60=15 km distance travelled by thief
Police have to chase 15 km
Relative speed = 65 – 60 = 5 kmph
Time taken to catch the thief will be 15/5=3 hrs
∴ Reqd. time = 12:00 + 3hrs + 15 min = 3 : 15 PM
