Instead, there are certain rules that you must follow while solving this topic. We solve this by doing the visual representation of the statements and then marking the answer following them. This visual representation is known as venn diagram. Given below are the how we represent certain relationships.

Rule 1- All A are B, as per this rule all the elements of the first are put inside the second element.

In this case, first element is the subset of the second element. Representing it by venn diagram, the pattern consists of a circle representing A, lying within a circle representing B

Conclusion- Some B are A

Some A are B

Rule 2- No A are B, this just shows that there is no relationship between the two elements

In this case A is not associated with B. Representing it by venn diagram, the pattern consists of a circle representing  not intersecting the circle representing B

Conclusion-  No B is A

Rule 3- Some A are B, this implies that some of the elements of A are part of some of the element of B

This is a case of possibility. In this type of case, the first element is having some part in common with the second element. Representing it by venn diagram, the pattern consists of a circle representing A partially overlapping the circle representing B. The remaining portion of circle A is uncertain whether this portion touches B or not.

Conclusion- The conclusions we may get from the pattern forming in such case are based on possibility and only one or few out of them will be following the statement

Some A are not B

All A are B

All B are A
