Hello Everyone,

My Name is Sandeep Kumar from Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh). Last year I selected in Bank of Baroda as Wealth management officer scale-I. Before this Bank, I was working with ICICI Bank as a Relationship Manager. I want to share my success story because in my story there are many Ups & Down but I never-give-up. I keep my self towards my goal(PSU Bank officer) without distracting from anything

Here is my story from an Aspirant to Achiever:
I started my Preparation for Banking Exams after I graduated. I have a Science background. At the initial state, I appeared in multiple exams
but couldn’t be passed even a single exam that makes my moral and enthusiasm down but my brother(Kuldeep) and cousin brother(deepka) always praised me for my dedication, I continued but Didn’t get success, Maybe My Strategy was wrong, or Luck is not with me I don’t know what is Happening. My neighbors and relative started saying like- that boy preparing for many years but didn’t qualify a single exam You guys can understand my mental situation at that time.

But I never stopped my self and start focusing 100% towards.My studies and I started making notes and write those question in which I was wrong. Start giving Mocks which is available on Bankeradda on their daily Page. The first Exam I qualified was IBPS Clerk but not selected in the final list The second exam qualified was IBPS PO qualified prelims but out in mains exam. Not able to clear SSC 10+2 and SSC 10+3.

Then I heard a notification which was posted by Bankeradda on
their Page about ICICI bank PO Recruitment, There was also the various level matrix for getting selection but In the first attempt, I cleared Written and GD but not selected in the Interview. Second-time things again get revised and in this time I have done my full preparation for this exam and In this time luck was in my favor. Finally, I got a Welcome letter by ICICI Bank PO Programme which was conducted by Manipal University for one year. I completed this program where I was well trained as a professional
Banker and got immense knowledge of this industry and finally inducted
by the bank as Relationship Manager-I.

After this, my inner voice always asked me –Sandeep is this your dream, don’t forget your dream as PSU bank Officer. I keep listening to my inner voice and keep my focus on preparation with Job. After returning from office I practice Bankersadda quizzes and various Speed tests and learned from my mistakes.
In December 2018 I applied the BOBSP-Officer Exam which was conducted in March 2019 which is also closing month of every Financial organization and that time exam was conducted I appeared in that exam with the help of only Bankersadda

Finally, the Result came out I found my name is the list (OH MY GOD!) I was just overwhelmed, my eyes were full of tears that I passed the exam. Then I started Preparing for Interview and leave no stone unturned, finally the interview went very good…..and finally, the day comes with life
changing gift GOT SELECTED – RECEIVED WELCOME LETTER BY BANK OF BARODA in September 2019.

I feel that 2019 was a life-changing year for me! Got Good Rating in ICICI Got Promoted, and Got Selected In Bank of Baroda
