Time to Think During COVID-19: 10th August 2020

In this current situation, we need to think differently, because our lifestyle is not like earlier. Other thoughts may arise from misconceptions that you create because of a lack of information.

Practice positive self-talk. Be gentle to yourself and encouraging yourself. If a negative thought enters your mind, think about that positively, Think about things when you have done something good and try to motivate yourself to do more better.

Don’t compare yourself to others:-  Don’t ever compare yourself to anyone, You are unique, You ways are different so learn from others but don’t compare, everyone has different abilities. If you believe in yourself then one day your time will also come.
