UPSC EPFO Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for UPSC EPFO Recruitment 2025 differ slightly for EO/AO and APFC posts. For Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer (EO/AO), candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and must not exceed the maximum age limit of 30 years. For Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (APFC), the same educational qualification is required, but the maximum age limit is 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government rules.
UPSC EPFO Salary
The salary for both posts is structured under the 7th Central Pay Commission. Candidates selected for the EO/AO post will receive a monthly salary as per Pay Level 08, which ranges between ₹47,600 to ₹1,51,100. Meanwhile, candidates appointed as APFC will be placed under Pay Level 10, offering a pay scale of ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500. In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will also receive allowances such as DA, HRA, transport allowance, and other government benefits.
