SBI Clerk Exam Pattern 2022: Selection Procedure

The State Bank Of India recruits candidates based on three Stages, the preliminary exam, the mains exam, and the language proficiency test. All those students who will be qualifying the prelims examination will be eligible to appear for the mains examination and the students who will qualify for the mains examinations will be called for the Language Proficiency Test. Candidates have to clear all the stages to get recruited in the State Bank of India as a clerk.

SBI Clerk Exam Pattern 2022

SBI Clerk is a two-stage examination consisting of Prelims and Mains followed by LPT i.e. the Language Proficiency Test. The SBI Exam Pattern for Clerk Prelims is qualifying in nature which is followed by the SBI Clerk Mains whose marks are added to the merit list. SBI Clerk 2022: Preliminary Exam

The Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks is conducted online. This test is of 1-hour duration consisting of 3 Sections (with separate timings for each section) as follows:

SBI Clerk Prelims Exam 2022: Important Points

1. As mentioned in the table above, each section will have separate timing for the completion of the same.
2. There will be a negative marking of 1/4th marks for each wrong answer, and for each right answer, the candidates will get 1 mark.
3. There is no minimum qualifying marks for an individual section, but overall aggregate marks for qualifying for the exam will be there.

SBI Clerk 2022: Mains Exam

SBI Clerk Main Examination consists of Objective Tests for 200 marks and the given table shows the pattern for SBI Clerk Mains Examination.

SBI Clerk Mains Exam 2022: Important Points

1. In this exam as well, there will be a separate timing for each section for completion.
2. There will be a negative marking of 1/4th marks for every wrong answer.
3. The questions except the English language will be bilingual.
4. There will be no minimum aggregate qualifying marks for an individual subjects, but the overall aggregate marks for qualifying the examination will be decided by the bank.
