Punjab and Sind Relationship Manager Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the MSME Relationship Manager post, candidates must possess a full-time graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institution. Preference will be given to those holding a full-time MBA in either Marketing or Finance. In addition to educational qualifications, a minimum of 3 years of experience in MSME banking as a relationship manager with a bank, NBFC, or financial institution is mandatory. The age limit is set between 25 to 33 years as of 01 May 2025.

Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University/ Institution (as approved by the Govt. of India, AICTE, or related bodies).
Preferred: Full-time MBA in Marketing or Finance.
Work Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience is mandatory, specifically as a relationship manager in the MSME banking segment in any Bank/NBFC/Financial Institution within India.

Candidates must be born between 02 May 1992 and 01 May 2000 (inclusive of both dates).
