Work Load

The work load is comparatively less in Regional Rural Banks than in scheduled commercial banks. Career Progression

The career progression is way better and much faster in Scheduled commercial banks than in Regional Rural Banks. The posting in case of Regional Rural Banks is better than PSBs because one can easily choose the place of posting in IBPS RRB while the same option is not available for IBPS Clerk 2020. The number of branches are more in PSBs and hence the chances become thinner.
